Arduino IDE is freezing when i save something

I have an Arduino IDE installed on my Windows 10.

I noticed that recently when i try to save or open a file, the application just stops to work and i do need to open the task manager and force to stop.

This is a problem when i have many windows opened in a same time.

I tried to install again twice times, but the problem remais the same.

Does anybody have the same issue and solved it?

What version of IDE?
I still have 1.8.13 in Win10, seems like antivirus stuff is slowing stuff down too.

I am using V1.18.13 on Win7 with no anti-virus and it still slooooow to save, very annoying.
