Hi for better description of my problem i made a video

im runing
Windows 7 profesional 64 service pack 1
Arduino IDE 1.7.10
Java Version 8 Update 25 (build 1.8.0_25-b18)

i've tried installing IDE no effect

HELP!

You can try the new ide, 1.8.2, possibly the zip version.
