Arduino IDE is located on second monitor even when there is only one

That's it.
Does anyone know how to reset it so to appear on the primary monitor without
having to reconnect the secondary monitor...
Funny this thing appears still at version 1.6.11

My software is at version 0.0 and i have fixed this issue... lol

It's behaviour defined by the operating system as far as I know and not by the application.

No this isn't the case.

The programmers should check for the size of the screen and if it is smaller,
then position windows in the safe place. If it is big put windows where the user has it.

All my programs (some ancient ones) behave like this.

The programs I program behave like that.

This so to avoid circumstances like the one i' m experiencing.
I was using a secondary monitor, and the decided to move it to the closet.

What my dear software developers wanted me to do? Open one by one all my programs
and re-position the windows to the primary monitor and then move the secondary monitor to the closet...

Funny stuff.

I hope the developers didn't use this excuse for letting this function unimlemented...

I'm talking about win 7 64 bit.

Many appps misbehave this way alas, including big names ...

Alt-tab to the window, use Alt+Space, then M, then Arrow key left, and then move your mouse.

If its maximized first press Windows key + Arrow key down
