Arduino IDE launching difficulties

Good day!
It seems a lot of people had newest Arduino IDE launching difficulties. Reading and searching trough topics haven't given any results. So I'm reaching for your help.

Past years I used old IDE 1.0.1 without problems but now I wanted to try newer version like 1.6.4 where are possible to install 3rd party packages with board manager. I have tried 1.8.1, 1.8.2 and 1.6.8 versions but none of them launches and gives standard '''Java(TM) Platform SE binary has stopped working.' error.

I'm using:
Windows 7 Ultimate, 64-bit
Java Version 8 Update121
DirectX 11

arduino.l4j parameters: -Xms128M and -Xmx512M.
Changing Compatibility to XP doesn't help.

What are the possible solutions for this problem?

You should not need compatibility mode for the IDE unless you are dropping waaaay back down to earlier IDE's.

That you have been trying different ones may have gotten you into a small mess.

Am attaching some clean up instructions that have helped others.
Would suggest you start there at least.

CLEAN UP BEFORE INSTALLING ANOTHER COPY OF THE IDE OR ARDUINO CREATE.pdf (345 KB)

Thanks. Used hints and mentioned programs for cleanup, reinstalled IDE 1.8.2 and still no reaction from arduino.exe. Launching arduino_debug.exe showed "Java(TM) Platform SE binary has stopped working" window.

You could try disable your security, antivirus, antimalware for a test.
