You can download from Releases · arduino/arduino-ide · GitHub. Scroll down to the release (version) that you want to use and download the appropriate option.
With the amount of detail that you have provided nobody will be able to tell that.
- What does "not working" mean?
- Does the IDE not start? Or does the IDE crash?
- Can't you compile or upload?
- Or can you upload but the program does not behave as expected?
- Was this a new install (on e.g. a new PC) or an upgrade from one version to another?
- Which operating system?
- If it was a new install, are all libraries and board packages the same?
- What board are you compiling for?
There is no version 2.4.3, the latest is 2.3.4. What do you mean by 'not working'?
