I'm using windows 10 latest version. Today, I installed IDE 1.8.13, it installed with no error but it didn't show driver installer pop-up. I mean when we install IDE, it asks us to install some drivers (Adafruit, USBAsp etc). I didn't get any of these driver, but Arduino IDE opens and works.

To my knowledge:
The IDE only has the drivers for the official Arduino boards. So when you install, those will be installed.
If drivers were previously installed, there is no reason for the installation process to install them again.
