Hello, I have tried absolutely all options to try to start arduino IDE, among them, I tried to open CMD and put this code C:\Users<username>\Desktop\arduino-1.8.0\arduino_debug.exe and I got a blue windows screen saying "this application can't run on your pc", then i give ok and go back to the CMD, and below the code i put up appears "access denied"
