how to change arduino isp mode to normal mode
i reset the arduino but uploading program after some time it closing why

What is closing? The IDE (which version)? Or does your Arduino (which one) no longer does what it's supposed to do.

Where does the isp mode come in? Is that internet service provider or is that referring to the in (circuit) serial programming?
You will have to do better in your description of the problem that you have.
If your Arduino is communicating with a vb.net application, there are two programs involved.
- Arduino code
- vb.net code
We can't see either.

If you want help, you are going to have to show, and tell, us Everything. Otherwise, we have no way of knowing what's going on.

Show us how things are connected. If extra components are involved, a schematic and a clear, well lit, in focus picture of your wiring is a very good idea. And by clear, I mean if you were to look at it as a stranger would, would you be able to tell where all the wires went? Because if you can't, neither can anyone else.
You are going to have to tell us exactly how to reproduce the problem you are seeing (see above about not paying attention in mind reading class). You will have to use more than one sentence in your reply. Your reply must be detailed. And precise.
