Please give me answer. Can Leonardo made it's own clones via ISP programming? Or can be ATmega32u4 programmed with Arduino Mega ADK???

I'm sorry, I can't understand your question. Could you re-phrase and expand your questions?

I would think the Leonardo could run the ArduinoISP sketch and therefore program other ATmega processors.

Same for the Arduino Mega that is part of the ADK.

Yes you can write a bootloader to a blank chip via any existing arduio and the isp sketch.
