Hello, I'm new here. I wanted to make a project with Arduino leonardo. I disconnected the usb connection of the arduino while sending the .hex file via the Xloader program. Then I wanted to put the arduino back into bootloader mode. But it did not switch to bootloader mode and the "L" led light started flashing quickly. Then I unplugged the usb and plugged it back in. The computer sees it as leonardo in com and the "L" led lights up for 1 second. When I try to bootloader mode, the connection with the computer is interrupted.
In short, I can't get arduino leonardo bootloader mode. What should I do? Can you help me please.
(I didn't know where to create the topic, so I created it here. I apologize if I did it wrong.)

Merhabalar, burada yeniyim. Arduino leonardo ile bir proje yapmak istedim. Xloader programı üzerinden .hex dosyası atarken arduinonun usb bağlantısını çıkarttım. Ardından arduino tekrar bootloader moduna almak istedim.

Please add a reply here on this forum thread to describe the exact procedure you are performing to put the board into bootloader mode.
Just to be certain, is the behavior of the "L" LED that it is immediately toggling between full on and full off states rather than fading through intermediate brightness levels between full on and full off?
I ask this because the bootloader on the Leonardo produces the latter behavior ("pulsing" rather than "flashing") as an indicator that the bootloader mode is activated.
When I connect it to the computer, the led flashes full on and full off. Then when I want to activate the Leonardo bootloader mode, the "L" led indicator pulsing.
Is that you are already putting your Leonardo into bootloader mode and you should continue to do whatever it is you are already doing.
It is normal and expected that the connection will be interrupted temporarily when you put the board into bootloader mode. This happens because the USB CDC serial port created by the sketch application is disconnected and then the USB CDC serial port created by the bootloader application is connected.
So as far as I can see, this topic is now resolved.
If you are actually experiencing some problem, we might be able to help you with that, but we could only do so if you provide a detailed description of the problem.
I think I misspoke. When I put it in bootloader mode, the port showed up in device manager, but now it doesn't. I will post a video link here, can you review it? https://www.youtube.com/shorts/wziOan0r2-k
