hi. i have build an hydraulic handbrake for car simracing. i got a 1000 psi pressure sender with 3 wires ( red,black and green)
i have try to wire it: red to 5v+ , black to gnd and green to analog but i dont get it to work.
have i done it right ? or do i need some more components?

Can you post your code, a schematic of how you have wired it up and a link to your pressure sensor. The colour wires don't tell you much without the data sheet. You are just making a guess, which is most likely wrong. But don't try other wire combinations because there is a chance you will damage your sensor.
What do you mean? What values are you getting from the analogRead()?
