I downloaded library's from GitHub but i tried to add it to my library's and us it but i can't find it in the library manager. Did i do semothing wrong.

No need to start a new thread.. Look at this: https://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/Libraries
You cannot use NeoPixels while reading MIDI input.
