Hi,

is it possible to locate an Arduino Uno which is connected with a GPS module over the internet?

The Arduino should be mobile.

Example

Arduino is being used outside and I want to do a live-track of it over the internet.

How is the location data supposed to get from the Arduino to the internet?

With additional hardware, it could be done. Google Arduino + APRS, if you have/can get a ham radio license.
