I am in need of a setup to monitor three different loads individually, i already have three 500kg(max weight) loadcells and amplifiers, which will output 0V - 10V, i need help starting the project, could someone help me pick the correct arduino board for this project, and help me with the code?
The specifications you have stated do not restrict the range of arduino and arduino compatible boards that could be appropriate for your project.
No matter what you'll need to knock down the voltage on those analog inputs to 0~5v (or 0~3.3v if the board is 3.3v), 1:1 (or 2:1) resistor divider will do it.
