Hello there,
I downloaded Arduino 2.3.1 and did as instructed but it won't completely open. After double click Arduino IDE a white screen opens with the Arduino Logo in the center and that's it.
I am currently on Windows 11
Please help, someone?
It's also my first time downloading Arduino or trying to use it. I'm a total beginner

You can try to uninstall the IDE and install it again. In this attempt never turn off your computer.
