Arduino MAX6953 loading user-defined characters

I want to drive 8 5x7 LED matrixes, using 2 MAX6953s.

I want to load 24 user-defined individual characters, which are actually 24 out-of 26 alphabetic characters, but which are upside-down and back-to-front, as these will be projected through a bi-convex lens.

I would like to understand how to load in each of these character bit-patterns into the 24 user-defined RAM registers. Would it be possible to provide me with a simple code segment, assuming inclusion of wire.h?

Many thanks :)

You want a lot of things.

Did you expect someone to do this all for you without any effort on your part?

Then simply wire your matrix up backwards, that is reverse the order of columns and rows.

Wow (light-bulb over head) !!!

Thanks Grumpy_Mike :)
