Tried downloading the zip file from arduino.cc twice and opened with two different programs. It's definitely corrupted. Does anyone have the latest version they can post in this thread?

Does anyone ever bother to search for themselves anymore? This is a known issue, and only the Arduino team can fix the problem. It appears that their "give a shit" meter is stuck at "don't".
Cadsoft Eagle 6.1 that I downloaded, came with a complete schematic and board file in the provided examples.
It is up to you to check that it is the example is correct.
