Is this a brand new board? Or did you use it in previous projects? f the latter, what was the last project all about?
This is not an IDE problem Hence moved to a more suitable location on the forum.
Post a picture of the front and rear side of the Arduino Mega.
This is a new board, I just upload a code from marlin without modification, first it was at good condition, but when I attached it to a " ramps 1.4 " it starts heating, I immediately disconnect it (within 5-10 second). From then, it starts heating whenever it connects with any power line even when i use it without any other hardware
That's unfortunately far too slow; you'll have to think in milliseconds. Your processor is damaged and beyond repair.
Now the important question is what went wrong. Your RAMPS shield might have a flaw or you connected something wrong. If you don't find out what went wrong, the same thing can happen again when you buy another Mega.
I'm not familiar with the shield so can't advise further.
Try complaining to the RAMPS supplier, they may be able to help you find the problem with there board. I will take a SWAG and say you put to much voltage into the MEGA.
