Arduino mega 2560 is not recognizing by arduino ide.

I connected my mega 2560 board to the windows 10 laptop.The device manager identify the board nicely.But the arduino IDE is not recognizing and displaying the port as "COM19ñ,?õ,.ukjt". Meanwhile my "nano" board is working very well. I tested another mega board and uno board,but they are facing the same problem too. (here I have attached the whole story in one screenshot)

Can anyone help me ?

Seems like the drivers are corrupted. Reinstall drivers. If that doesn't work, suggest reinstalling the IDE making sure to delete all related files and folders.

I tried out reinstalling .But the problem is still occurring.I found something.When I use another windows user account, the problem is not happening.It works fine without errors !!! :o
