Arduino Mega 2560 R3 not Recognized

Here is a link to the exact board I am using:

The board has been working flawlessly for a week or two with UTFT sketches loaded on it.

Recently windows is having troubles talking to the board. The image shows the trouble I am having. I have the latest Arduino IDE installed. Windows says that the drivers are all up to date on the Arduino Mega. Device Manager shows the Mega but cannot establish communication. Arduino IDE does not show the correct port at all.

I have tried to re-install Arduino IDE and device drivers with no help. I have also tried different cables and resetting the board. Nothing has worked.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
