Arduino mega 2560 suddenly not recognize "unknown device"

Hello,

I have 2 original Arduino mega 2560 and one of them is suddenly not recognize as "unknown device".
The lights are working.
The other Arduino works just fine.

Device status:
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

I tried to change computer and usb cable.
I download the latest version and the normal drivers.

Can anyone help me please?

What Windows you are using?
What you can see in the Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\System line. Can you see Ports (COM & LPT) line? What is in there.

I am using win 8.1.
I tried it also in win xp and it does the same.

Ports (COM & LPT):
Communications port (com1)
Ecp printer port (LPT1)
