Arduino Mega 2560 USB not Detecting

I have Burn Bootloader into Arduino Mega 2560 by same another working Arduino Mega 2560 board by making it as ArduinoISP(https://www.arduino.cc/en/Tutorial/ArduinoISP) successfully.

Than after i want to load its Firmware but when i connected board with System no USB port detected.

i am using flip in window 7 for loading it but error is no USB port detecting.

So i tried it to putting into DFU mode as procedure given but than after also no USB detected..

Please help what will be the issue...

is that problem of IC 16u2 that used for USBtoserial ?? need to replace it ??
