Please help.

I have a new arduino mega 2560 but it does not work. Because usb not recognized.

Nothing works.

I uploaded ch341ser.exe but the same again.

Please help.

Have you tried locating it in device manager? Is it a genuine board, or a Chinese clone? What USB-to-Serial chip does it have? What do you mean by 'uploading' ch341ser.exe?
