Arduino Mega TV-B-Gone

Hello everyone!

I had an idea for a project today.
Why not take the code from ladyada's TV-B-Gone kit and port it to the arduino?
Then I could make a super TV-B-Gone (10 or more IR emitters?)

What kind of obstacles should I expect with a project like this?

It should be pretty straight forward.
The code should compile out of the box and just work.

Timing things will probably be off though so double check that.
