Ok, i sort of get it. Parts of what you talked about sound quite similar to things kicad has.
So for example, for the board socket we discussed earlier, I will need to design a electrical layout with all the labeled pins and stuff, then a physical layout for PCB creation, then join the 2? Then, hopefully once I get all the custom footprints and stuff I need made, and have a wiring diagram. The actual PCB designing part should be somewhat straightforward?
This will probably be quite the steep learning curve for me but I will try my best. Really appreciate all the help you have given so far:)
