Arduino Micro Board Amperage

Hi there!

Terribly sorry if this has been posted before (and I'm sure it has)

But, what's the maximum amperage that can be put into the Arduino Micro board?
I have an adapter that I'd like to use for it that can output a nominal 7.5 VDC at 1 amp.

Is that too much?

You do not "put" amperage into a circuit. The circuit draws current according to the power supply voltage, and the circuit's characteristics. That power supply will be fine, but don't draw too much current from the Arduino micro!
