the PN would depend on what type of header you need/want.
There are many different header types.
Look on adafruit.com and digikey.com for header types.
on the Arduino Micro I used long pin female headers.
a long pin through the hole so it may be held in a breadboard and a female header above board for further connections.

No specific part#, dunno if you want long/short/thru/socket-pin etc.
but an eBay search for "arduino headers" has plenty.
