hello, i am new to this site and have not used the arduino in any other cases before.

i was wondering if it is possible to have the arduino mini powered externally and be able to send collected data from an accelerometer to a laptop via bluetooth.

I have an arduino mini and bluetooth chip ready to go but i am unfamiliar with the programming and knowledge if i can do this.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

What type of Bluetooth 'chip' do you have? If it's a serial type, that you can just blast data at then It could be very simple!

this seemed easy to use, jst wondering about code etc if i can do it too, cheers for the quck response too.
