Arduino Mini Pin versus Terminal numbers

Bought a couple of the mini clone boards and looked for information on the standard arduino mini regarding terminal numbers.

Couldn’t really find the info and wondered if someone can put me on the right track.

I found some info that says terminal numbers 2 through 13 are digital and A0 through A7 are analogue.

My question is, when i refer to these pins in a program, do I for instance call terminal number 2 , pin 1 or is it pin 2 …?

Hello bluejets

Use the numbers printed on the PCB. For example ...

digitalRead(2);
digitalRead(3);
etc
analogRead(A0);
analogRead(A1);
etc

Ray

Thanks Ray...much appreciated.

Can also do digitalRead/digitalWrite (14 to 19) for A0 to A5. A6/A7 are analog inputs only tho.
