Arduino MKR 1010 and Adafruit Thermal Receipt printer weather station

Hi everyone. I'm a complete newbie, but I have this project in mind.

With Arduino MKR1010 and the Adafruit Thermal Receipt printer would like to make a weather station that will print the Temperature, wind speed, humidity ans chance of rain every 10 min.
it should fetch the data from the open weather API and print.

I have wanted hours of YouTube to make this but still can't get how do I make it printed by my. thermal printer.
Sounds too complicated to me
Do you have any ideas/suggestions for the code?
maybe event some YouTube tutorials, literally anything:)

Yes I can print examples from the library. But I can't make him print the weather. I don't know why
