Arduino MKR GSM 1400 as motorbike computer

Hi. I'm new here so I'm sorry for my bad English BTW.

I'm thinking about new project as Motorbike computer like in cars. I wish to make Immobiliser and alarm system with GSM and GPS support for secure our Vehicles. So I think about that:

  1. Arduino MKR GSM 1400 + antena
  2. GPS module
  3. Shock sensor
  4. Alarm module
  5. Micro switches for controlling ignition and lights etc.

and maybe in the future FingerPrint scanner or control Motorbike by phone.

Ok can somebody show me or give me advice how to do that because I never using Arduino before. I know little bit programming.
