Arduino MKR wifi 1010 with ME007YS and SoftwareSerial

I want to use the ME007YS waterproof US-sensor and the Arduino MKR wifi 1010 to keep track of my waterreserve.

When i use the example code (which uses the SoftwareSerial-library) i can not upload the program. Can somebody help me please? Thx in advance.
