Arduino motor shield R3 library?

Hi, I'm pretty new to Arduino and I'm trying to make a simple robot using the Arduino motor shield R3. I see that for the adafruit motorshield, there's a pretty nice library out there, but it doesn't work for the Arduino motor shield. Does a library like this exist for the Arduino motor shield?

..dont worry. U wont need a library to get your motor(s) running..
search a litte. You'll find
