So i have it all running properly but after it passes through the first RGB strip and reaches the RGB signal amplifier, it doesnt out properly. The line voltage at each color going into the amplifier is correct but when it comes out the other side it displays all the LEDs as bright white, 10V red, 10V blue, 10V green. When i disconnect the arduino and hook up a regular LED strip controller box with the remote, it works perfect right through the amplifier and everything so i can rule out wiring and the transformer powering the amplifier.
This is the amplifier in question: RGB Amplifier 4A/Ch Aluminum
We're trying to control the signal to just over 5 strips of LEDs from the arduino so the signal needs to be boosted after the first strip or each strip after the first looks dimmer and dimmer until the fifth strip just barely blinks.
Does anyone have any insight as to why the signal coming in off the arduino is good and comes out as bright white? Any suggestions for me to try anything?
