Arduino Nano 33 IoT and Xbee 3

I can’t seem to find anyone who has tried the Digi XBee 3 modules on an Arduino Nano 33 IoT.

The xbee-arduino library is old and seems to only be coded for Series 1 and Series 2 Xbee modules.

I can get 2 nanos communicating when using “transparent” mode but not “API” mode.

Help ?
