Arduino Nano 33 IOT / BLE Battery

Hey

I'm just starting with Arduino so please forgive me my ignorance. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
I want to build a portable device using either Arduino 33 Iot or BLE, haven't decided which one yet.
Ofcourse being portable it needs batteries, but I just can't find any good answers to this question.

What's the best battery solution for this matter? I want to use Lithium-Ion.
I've read that Arduino nano can use battery packs from 6-20V, but I don't know if this is also the case for the 33's?

Thanks in advance

Arduino 33 Iot operates on 5V, you could use Lipo battery as its small in size, works good for portable devices.
