Arduino Nano 33 IoT - Project with 4+ serial ports

I want to make a project that is connected to several Victron units by the VE.direct bus.

Some people has used ESP devices to connect one Victron unit but I want to connect with only one MCU for saving power consumption.

As I understand Arduino Nano 33 IoT has 6 serial ports and one is used for USB programming port.

Are the 5 other ports available for external devices?

As I understand it, by a little tweeking more serial can be available. By Google search I see one port are used by Nina wire less modul.

So can the other four ports be used to serial interfaces by a little tweeking?

Sorry, I have no idea whether ports used as standard for other interfaces such as I2C can be used instead as a UART interface
