Arduino Nano 33 sense BLE Client problem

Hi

I try to use the Arduino Nano 33 sense as the client to connect a third-party BLE device, and it does work, I have researched the arduinoBLE example and try all of them, but the device does not work very well, can some one please help, if possible, please give an example(Video or some exited simple project) how to use Arduino Nano 33 sense as the client to connect other BLE device,
