arduino nano ble 33 sense serial port not found

Hi guys,

I just started with Arduino and they gave me the Arduino nano 33 ble sense. I installed the software on MacOS and then the Arduino nRF528x board. I wanted to test the blink program on it but no serial port is found and when I try to upload I get an error.

Can you guys tell me what is wrong

Try this: Press and release the "RST" button on your board quickly twice. You should now see the LED on the board pulsing to show it's in bootloader mode. If not, try it again until you get the timing right.

After doing that, is a serial port shown?
