debugging print output has been added to every function. There is no clear pattern of function calls that relates to the failure. i.e. the crash does not always happen within a specific function
the application monitor dump does provide a memory address but this does not relate to the addressess in the disassembled elf file. There is no consistency here either. i.e. the address identified is not the same in one crash compared to the next.
