Arduino nano - current efficiency 3.3V

Hello

I have a problem with connecting ethernet modules (ENC28J60) to arduino nano.
It looks like the arduino would give too little electricity.

Can anyone tell me what the maximum current output of arduino nano is at the 3.3V output.

ENC28J60 works correctly with UNO and Leonardo, while with nano it does not start.

ENC28J60 gets about 100-150mA

Thank you for reading my message and I am asking for your understanding if I made a mistake.

Regards.
