Arduino Nano don't get recognize

Hey,

I have a relative typicall problem I think. My Arduino Nano didn't got recognize by the Arduino, so I checked all my drivers and updated them. Nothing happend. Them I found that it has an WCH thingy and not the usual other thingy. (Sorry I have no clue, what's the reason I ask you) So I checked Youtube and found a tutorial for installing a driver for this thing and still nothing happend. I really have no idea anymore.

Hope you guys can help me with my problem. If you need any other informatioins just ask, but maybe ask you how I get these.
