Arduino Nano ESP 32 keeps disconnecting and reconnecting, and there is not display output from the input sensors

I have recently bought an Arduino Nano ESP 32 and tried some various sample codes for my sensors like the RTC and the MLX90614 Temp sensor. But whenever I try to upload a sample code, it disconnects and reconnects the Arduino and nothing displays in the serial monitor. Is there a problem with my Arduino?
