Arduino Nano Installs Driver every time I connect it

I am working with many Arduino Nano's on a Windows 7 computer. I can upload code just fine. When I plug in a brand new Arduino Nano for the first time it goes through a 2-3 minute of finding the right driver and installing it. These identical boards should all use the same driver... It also increases the COM port number by one each time I connect a new Arduino. Is there a way I can set this up in device manager so that each time I connect an Arduino Nano, the IDE knows the correct driver and COM port without having to download it again?

The driver works well but it just becomes a big waste of time when I do it with 10-20 of these boards.

Thanks!
