Arduino Nano Motor Carrier powering mounted Nano IOT board

I'm looking at this device for mounting an Arduino Nano IOT

I'm just wondering will the same power supply (3.7v 1 cell Li-Ion battery) power the mounted Arduino Nano IOT as well as any attached motors?
