Arduino NANO not recognized

I have bought an Arduino Nano EVERY and i've installed the driver needed for Windows 10, the Arduino megaAVR Boards. It is well conected to the computer, and it has the "power" light on an the Builtin led blinks, because of the pre-installed program. But still, the Arduino IDE doesn't detect my Board, and eighther in the arduino create web editor. I hpoe someone reads this and helps me with my problem.

I'm not an EVERY user.

Is there anything in Windows device manager when you connect the board?

  1. Does your nano every is updated to the mega AVR boards 1.8.5 version?
  2. Can you see the board under the ports in Device Manager if using windows?
  3. Make sure you are using the latest version of Arduino IDE 1.8.11.
