I have an arduino nano and I cannot select a port because it is greyed out. I have windows 10 operating system. When I go to device manager it says this..

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
I installed drivers from this link... D2XX Drivers - FTDI
Still no luck though. How can I fix this?
You should not have to install drivers for the FTDI if you installed the IDE.
If you bought a clone, there is a good chance that you need the CH340 driver that can be downloaded from the Chinese manufacturer's website.
