Arduino Nano Port Issue

Hello,

I recently started working on a new project using an arduino nano.
The arduino always worked, but suddenly, while i was uploading the code to the arduino it lost the Port and now i can't select anything.

Tried installing the 340C drivers, switch usb ports and nothing solved the problem.

The COM is not showing in device manager aswell.

Any thoughts?

does it show up on other computers? If so, it's the computer's fault, if not, the arduino's

It does not show up.
Must be something with the arduino, since i was uploading all evening when it stopped working.
Tried different cables and nothing....
My arduino uno works fine (same pc, different cable)

Did you get the error immediately when you started the upload or in the middle of the upload?

Did you make hardware changes between the last successful upload and the failing upload?

Please give full details of the project.
