Hallo
I use the Arduino UNO R3 for few weeks on win 7 32 bit, and its been great.
When I tried to use my new Arduino NANO V3 my computer does not recognize the arduino NANO at all, the Arduino nano gets its power supply and "blinks", but windows being unable of recognizing new hardware or new ports.
The Nano uses the FTDI chip for serial communication.
You will need to install the FTDI drivers. Get the latest drivers here: http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm
I tried both suggestions…
I think I have different problem.
My computer does not recognize the nano at all, it doesn't make a sound when I plug or unplug the USB, and it doesn't show the Arduino at the device manager at all.
(it's just blink)

Because i can't see the device in the device manager I could not choose the Arduino from the device manger and right click on it and install the drivers (is there any other way for doing it?).
Option 2: Use my installer that sets all the drivers automatically http://goo.gl/KF7E9 hehe
I also tried the ERW 1.0.1 software and it doesn't recognize the port either, as before
