Arduino Nano Relay Switching Problem

Hope everyone is fine.

My task is to operate 5V relay module with Arduino Nano, this 5V relay will operate another 24v Dc relay ,which will eventually turn my Motor ON/OFF.
I have 4 Inputs also. 2 for Start/Stop Button and 2 for Left , Right Sensor.

when i operate the setup without 24V relay, Arduino works fine.

when i connect 5v relay to operate 24V relay, Arduino stops work (or i rather doubt completes process abnormally).

Also about what you are using to power the various parts of the circuit.
